Absolutely horrendous stay well clear ordered paint for my brand new workshop fresh concrete done in June and paint put on at the end of September when fully dry put down primer as well and allowed to dry for two days. Then paint and again allowed to dry for 3 days. Moved into workshop November 1st and being a car garage having cars in and out floors peeling like I’ve been in the Mediterranean sun with no sun cream. It’s a joke emailed the company who said I’ve put to many coats down and not done it properly but they never supplied any instructions either so I went off my own judgement when I have used floor paint before which by the way was euro car parts floor paint which lasted 4 years in my old workshop. But didn’t got anywhere with the email so have a review. Thankyou premium paints I’ll go back to euro 👍🏼

After coming across premium paints online for a shop renovation we had a few months back. We had tried out other companies who we found to be very unhelpful and misleading. Premium paints were the exact opposite. They were extremely helpful with any queries we had over products and ensured a fast delivery as we were under time restraints. In particular Jack Miller their sales rep, was extremely helpful via email and ensured a very easy, straight forward service to us. I would happily recommend to anyone!

When viewing this business on tinternet (😁) I was un-impressed by the plain and basic descriptive label. Non branded but certainly not the cheapest. So, took the gamble on my first purchase from this brand. Bought to re-varnish the local social club floor. 20 litre, Satin, Acrylic varnish. Was not disappointed. I've used quite a few brands over 35 years. Some professionally but mostly personal use. This has got to come out top of the tree for quality of product. Applied with a short pile 9" roller which dips perfectly into the 20 litre tin so no need to decant. Product is white but dries clear. The finish is near perfect. I did roughly 50 Square meters, 3 thin coats, with 1 hour between each. Product was touch dry after 20 minutes at 18°-20° C air temperature. Very low odour but as always, mask and protective gear is recommended, especially with a roller. Overall worth the 5* rating and would certainly recommend to competent DIY-ers who know how to do the prep work. Solid wood floor. 20+ years down. Sanded. Cleaned with mild detergent and warm water. Left 24 hours to dry BEFORE first coat.

The guys are totally cowboys. I ordered 3 times same paint same color. Got totally different shade during the last order. Sales answer: "We apologise for this issue, This is most likely due to the paint being from different batches, this can happen as it is nearly impossible to get the same shade every time, there is a disclaimer regarding this on our website." Thanks, they didnt send red color for that money.

Awful customer service. Good Product. I mean REALLY AWFUL customer service though. I wish I’d seen the other recent massively negative reviews before purchasing. This company may eventually deliver the ordered items, but they haven’t learnt from previous negative feedback about; how to keep customers informed, timeliness, updating tracking information and responding, or rather not bothering at all to respond to multiple emails. If only there was the option of giving zero stars. Haven’t used the paint yet so won’t comment on that until later, but suffice it to say I hope it’s good as I dread dealing with this shambolic company if it’s not as advertised. Best advice, don’t buy online… go to the shop and hopefully avoid massive delays in actually getting the item. Premium Paints should not be advertising online services based upon my experience. They are obviously incapable of doing it. Update: the paint is good, once it arrived.

Absolute shocking service from start to finish late delivery and paid for next day. Tried to contact via email and phone no reply from company after 3 emails sent still nothing. Package delivered was all bashed and leaking out on floor of my house. Would not use this service

Posted an honest review on their internal website, but within 15 mins it was removed. Paint/sealer £135 a tub doesn’t work on driveways with cars, as starts peeling off after a week. Sent the pictures attached and followed all install instructions, yet ignored my last e mail asking for a refund . Shocking customer service and terrible product do not buy if you are driving a car on your driveway it doesn’t work….

My tiled kitchen roof was looking a bit sorry for itself, so after a good clean it was treated to a couple of coats of Everest PremFlex Roof Tile Paint , and it looks as good as new. Very easy to apply - brushed it on. A bit laborious but well worth it - very happy. Premium Paints Ltd delivered when promised, a pleasure to deal with

I just want to give a big shout out to Premium Paints for their excellent customer service. I was preparing to have some solar panels fitted to our roof and once scaffolding was erected I went up onto our roof to inspected its condition. The roof tiles were in good condition but being 40 years old has lost their smooth and uniform color and were also quite rough. There was a small window of opportunity to power wash and clean the roof and apply the sealer so Premium Paints managed to arrange a Saturday delivery for me and I was able to spray apply it on the Sunday. I has just the right amount with 40 L to cover 90 square meters of roof tiles with two coats and the roof looks like new and has a whole new lease of life. Great product and finish. Very happy.
